This Privacy Policy explains how TuTuTalk ("TuTuTalk", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the TuTuTalk mobile application (the "App") available on Google Play and the Apple App Store in the United States and Canada.

By using TuTuTalk, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We do not: sell your personal information, "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined under U.S. state privacy laws), or use your photos or voice to train third-party AI foundation models.

You can revoke any permission at any time in your device's system settings; some features will stop working without the corresponding permission.

6. How and where data is processed

TuTuTalk uses the following service providers ("processors") to operate the App. They process your information only on our instructions and only for the purposes described in this Policy.

TuTuTalk and its processors operate servers primarily in the United States. We rely on industry-standard contractual safeguards with our processors.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls on our backend, and storage on reputable cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy (COPPA / mixed audience)

TuTuTalk is a mixed-audience app under Google Play's Families policy. We do not direct the App primarily to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

Depending on the U.S. state you live in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, Oregon), you may have the right to:

10.2 Canada (PIPEDA)

If you reside in Canada, you have the right under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and any applicable provincial law (such as Quebec's Law 25), to access and correct your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing them information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after the new Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
